Honey From Fregate Island?

Absolutely! Our Conservation Team started a new exciting project: beekeeping.

Anna has recently completed a beekeeping training in Kenya, received all necessary equipment and since then, the team is contemplating the idea of starting making honey on our island.
We do have the perfect environment to do so. Two hives have been installed at Anse Parc area and the team is trying to attract the bees that live on the island with a tea spoon of honey and lemongrass. Hopefully, we have an update for you very soon on our newest project.
