Our partner NGO Coralive.org has received an Aqualink buoy to place at the coral restoration site at our reef.

Aqualink is a philanthropic engineering organization working on building ocean conservation technology. Donating such bouys, drones and other equipment, they support NGO’s such as Coralive.org and Fregate Island Conservation Trust to continue their important work of research for a better future.

This buoy measures the temperature at this spot and allows our conservationists and partners to monitor the site with more accurate data and even alarms with warnings due to rising temperature that may result in a bleeching of the corals.
