The 2019 newly introduced waste management has been taken on well by our team in all different departments and so we continue to see the growth of awareness when it comes to recycling in all its facets.

Asides the carefully sorted and separated waste that is being sent off to Mahé, where it can be recycled, our team is conscious and creative to find new ways of reducing and reusing waste.

Growing micro herbs in the kitchen, you can simply use old cans or canisters. As there is no soil needed for these sprouts and herbs, it can easily be done in the kitchen, handy for any dishes to be decorated.
